【チーズスコーン】
今日は、材料4つで出来るお手軽でとても美味しい『チーズスコーン』を作りました。
チーズの香ばしさとホットケーキミックスのほんのりした甘さのバランスが絶妙な美味しさです。
さらに、表面のチーズはカリカリに、中のチーズはとろーり！層になったスコーンがサクサクで、食感も楽しくて手が止まらなくなります。
材料もシンプルで、作り方も難しいことは一切なし！

ホットケーキミックス 150g
サラダ油 大さじ2
牛乳 50cc
